IBAP was founded in 2003 with a focus on delivering independent analysis and advice services within the telecommunications and IT domains.

Today, IBAP principals, David Terry and Tony Scully provide a range of specialist consulting and systems integration services in the Lawful Interception and related telecommunications fields.

David and Tony have over 40 years combined experience building and running successful organisations and projects in the telecommunications and service management industry. Their careers have embraced product development, systems integration and customer support.

·         David's wealth of experience is built upon his background in Telecom and Service management combined with previous responsibilities for establishing and running a Systems Integration business across Asia Pacific.  

·         Tony's background in lawful interception and security, combined with development and delivery of specialist products in the global telecommunications market, provides a unique set of skills to position IBAP to provide analysis services in the lawful interception domain.

IBAP sources additional capability through an extensive network of companies and individuals who have demonstrated an ability to provide value to our customers. We are also able to recommend organisations or individuals for direct engagement by our clients.
