Tony Scully

Tony Scully is an IBAP Director and the Lawful Interception Principal Consultant. 

Tony came to IBAP from  Ericsson Australia where his roles included managing the development of Ericsson’s global Lawful Interception management system.

Tony’s thorough knowledge of Lawful Interception, broad contact network and his strong managerial and leadership experience provides IBAPs clients with a unique understanding of the requirements and complexities of this important domain.

Tony's CV

David Terry

IBAP Director and Principal Consultant for Telecom and Service Management, David arrives at IBAP with 15 years in the Telecom and Service Management field.

David has hands on experience in the complete lifecycle of bringing business solutions to realisation - particularly in scope negotiation to match customer needs with vendor capabilities.

David was responsible for establishing and operating Ericsson's Asia Pacific systems integration centre for Telecom Management. 

David's broad knowledge of Telecom and Service Management combines with strong analytical skills and a focus on concrete business results. David provides a perspective to IBAP's clients of minimising investment and maximising return in this often expensive domain.
